A difference of 283 students founds between students attendance register and physical head counting of the school 3. The cleanliness of the school classrooms ground and toilets are very poor 4. Almost all water tab of hand washing points are broken 5. Five classrooms are declared dangerous locally 6. No administrator visit conducted in previous month | |||||
