| Remarks (Use Separate Page if Required): Two young sons were sitting in school one in computer lab and second in clerk office while our young daughters are also in school There was difference wef Jun to jan 17 in FTF calculations for Rs 44996 so i could not enter the record Before starting the head count of the students i asked to hm and her next teacher named shaista sahiba for counter counting with me and was announced calculated strength in each class but in spite of that the hm did not sign the attendance chit Application for medical leave of Rehana kousar PTC was available upto 8 feb 17 in school while there was no medical certificate of MS but as per verbal statement of clerk the application for next days had been sent to authority but approved leave was not available and in spite of this i marked her as medical leave The behaviour of hm was rude due to ranking and she tried to force me for increase in presence of students although i marked full presence of exam off classes ie 5th 8th and 10th also There were no approval of matrenty leave and orders for papers marking duties also but i considered them also | |||||
