Remarks (Use Separate Page if Required): During the course of inspection it was observed that there is only 34 students are registered in the school and 02 teachers are on the posting strength of the school and according to the strength teaching staff is sufficient as per prescribed rules but the school Head has appointed a private teacher who is being paid from NSB keeping in view the students strength it is obviously contrary to the policy of private teacher hiring It is a misuse of fund Moreover an advance payment has been made to the private teacher an advance amount has been drawn from the NSB to make payments to the teacher as well as for other non incurred expenditures which is against the financial rules defined for the Fund matter please be taken up with the concerned authorities to stop such misappropriation of NSB | |||||
